As an early Christmas present from us to you - we're offering free delivery to all our items until the 19th December and additionally any orders from now until Christmas will be given a 14 day return period starting from 25th Dec 2008.
Please note the last day for UK Mainland delivery before Christmas is 2pm 23rd Dec 2008. Orders made 19th-23rd Dec 2008 will be subject to £5 delivery charge for pre-Christmas delivery, this will be via Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature.
Please contact us before hand if you require a pre-Christmas delivery for Non UK Mainland.
Although we will endeavour to deliver all items ordered before the 23rd December, in exceptional circumstances this may not be possible; we notify you as soon as possible if this is the case.
Customer Services will be closed from the 24th December to the 5th January (inclusive). Please use the contact us form if you have an enquiry or wish to cancel an order and it will be dealt with upon our return. Returns can be requested online via the returns page. Orders received during this period will be shipped as soon as possible.
* Free Delivery applies to mainland UK only. For overseas deliveries an extra £10 (£5 for Ireland) will be charged on items weighing up to 1.25kgs. For heavier items outside of the UK mainland please order online and we will contact you with a quote for delivery and no payment will be taken until the delivery price has been agreed.
